Day 53: To Klamath Falls

Good Bye San Francisco

The days in San Francisco were really nice and we liked the vibe of the city. But today it was time to move on, next stop is Klamath Falls. It was a ~6 hour drive, so we spent most of the day in the car.

We did a quick Lunch stop at Burger King, Nicole had a Impossible Whopper and I a shake, which was more than enough. Beside of that, not too much happened on the drive, towards the end the endless forest came back as we entered Klamath National Forests.

For some time we also had a pretty impressive view of Mount Shasta.

In Klamath Falls we did a stop for Dinner, were we ate Girasol, which was Mexican and really good! Only the portion size was a bit too much for us!

Then we did the remaining 30 minute drive, as we are staying a bit outside of Klamath Falls, in the Rocky Point Resort. Tomorrow we then drive further north and will pass the famous Crater Lake.

It’s really beautiful here and it’s great to be back in Nature!
