Alright, yesterday was a bit chaotic, or to be more precise it got chaotic when we arrived. I saw Fabi next to his car, looking quite unhappy. It turned out the frame of his car has two cracks. This is probably the worst thing that can happen, every other issue would have been better. After some thinking it was clear that there is no possibility to get the car towed out. The road was too bad, narrow and some bridges with a 10t limit. So he has to drive out.

We tried to stabilise the cabin a bit, so that there is less pressure on the frame. Fabi started the drive towards Naryn around 07:00 and we covered a total of 85 km. He did it with an average speed of 9 km/h, just to make sure to put as little pressure on the frame as possible. Thankfully so far the cracks didn’t widen and tomorrow we should be able to reach Naryn.

Nicole and I did a lot of waiting along the road, reading books, surfing and then covering some distance a little bit faster before we did the next break. It was quite cool to travel slowly like that and taking time, but now we reached the point where we are happy to reach Naryn and hopefully have the frame fixed.
