Kazakhstan

Today we made it to Astana, capital of Kazakhstan and second biggest city after Almaty. On the way we had a stop at a truck shower, which turned out to be the best shower since we left Switzerland, crazy good! Our spot is a free RV camp, it’s nearly comparable to a campground in Europe. It’s in a park, there are numbered spots and also toilets, electricity and fresh water. Before we reached it, we had a stop at an Anvar Supermarket, but the one in Aktobe back in the day was better. Still we could stock up on everything important, e.g. beer.

Later we did a stroll through the city during sunset and snagged some pictures and then had a pizza for dinner. Especially the Beijing Palace Soluxe Hotel Astana looks crazy and amazing.
