Georgia
You know already the drill, we start lazy and leave at 10. Same thing happened today, let’s see if/when we change this. Today was chore day, we needed fuel, water and also to dump grey water and urine. Fuel and dumping were done at a Socar, the only fuel station along the highway we saw today. It’s anyhow quite fascinating, they have a new and really good highway which seems barely used and there are no parking or service areas.
Water was a bit harder, the first spot we tried didn’t have enough pressure to connect our hose. On the second spot we were successful, but without our alb filter. As we started to prepare our setup, a local arrived by car and filled up his big canister, so we decided that the water would be good enough even without a filter.

Then we did the final 20 minutes and arrived at our spot, another amazing place at a river. Georgia really amazes us so far!
Spot for the night
There was a nice dirt track along the river, so we did what we had to and walked along it. After some time Nicole just stopped and said “there is a tortoise”. I was at first 100% convinced that it was just one that was set free by its owner. But Google taught us better and there are apparently wild tortoises in Georgia… TIL (Today I Learned :))
