Shortly after we woke up a car pulled up behind us, we did something we normally never do, we slept more or less directly on a road. We only did this because the road was blocked, so we thought nobody will pass through. But they were super chill, I was already packing up but then they realized that they fit past us, so no issue in the end.

Then we started the drive, further down the Pamir Highway, always along the Panj and the Afghan border. It took us around 3 hours to reach the goal for today, a small lake right next to the main road. But it was perfect for swimming and I did two laps around it, finally an outside run in quite some time.
