Another day, another hike. After we arrived at the Basecamp we did the hike to the Tulpar Lake, which wasn’t that impressive from the ground, but the drone revealed the real beauty. It was cloudy when we got up and stayed like this in the mountains. This made us even more thankful for the amazing weather we had yesterday.

After the hike it was time for a quick coffee and then we started the drive down. The track took it’s time again, back on the road it was time to air up the tires. Since the start of the Pamir we had them aired down for all the bad roads, but now the good tarmac is back. And we really enjoyed driving fast and making some progress. We passed again Sary Tash, two mountain passes behind it and are now in a valley about 150 km before Osh. Which we will reach tomorrow and will be the official endpoint of the Pamir Highway.
