Time to leave the city again, Osh was nice, but also nothing special. But it was still great to have a real shower for once, some space in the room and also an A/C in these temperatures. But still, we were eager to continue the trip. But first we had some boxes to tick off, first was to fully fill up the gas, because of the 50 liter limit. Then we wanted to clean the car and found a great place, where they cleaned it for us. We were really surprised how good it looks when it’s back in shiny grey.

Nicole used the car wash time to quickly grab some more beers in the great Globus store just next door. After Sprinty was shiny, we started the drive out of the city. On the way to Arslanbob we found something we hadn’t seen in a very long time, a toll road. For around 3.50 CHF we got a shortcut of around 1:30h and drove the best road in also a very long time. So it was worth it for us.

Further along the road we made a random stop when we saw another Globus, we wanted some marshmallows. Obviously we bought way more than just the marshmallows, but we got them as well. So we are now really prepared for the next campfire.

The rest of the drive was not that spectacular, the road got quite bad on the last couple of km, back to Pamir feeling. Our spot is now close to the road on a field, but it’s already quiet and I can’t imagine that there is traffic during the night.
